I search many places and could not get this kind of solution..  However, I also found another solution in win-xp (ofcourse it is free).  select print screen and try to save it on desk-top.  It will prompt you to save it to a file.  Now you can select to save into a file as jpg and continue....  No programs need to be opened.<br/><br/>
