First Iran was the favorite partner for French to build a Nuclear Reactor. They got the money, did nothing and now rush to do business with Libya has begun. French President Nicolas Sarkozy was meeting Moammar Gadhafi and signed a number of agreements like they have done with Iran. In the agreements includes a deal on building a French nuclear reactor in Libya.
