After U.S. President George W. Bush arrived at Prague Ruzyne Airport in Prague, Czech Republic on Monday, has told Russian President Vladimir Putin he has nothing to fear from the planned US missile shield in Eastern Europe. But his statement that Moscow has "derailed" democratic reforms isn't likely to break the new ice between Russia and the U.S.
