Microsoft has received enough critics about Internet Explorer in the past. It has been unsecure, slow and less innovations. The coming version 8 of Internet Explorer should make lot better. I have tested the second beta version of Internet Explorer and I like to share it with my readers and friends.

Internet explorer should be the easiest browser all the time. Internet explorer 8 will make your surfing much easier than ever before. The developers of IE8 are promising more security, performance, and more innovations.

You surf with IE8 easier than ever

WebSlices and Activities support for less mouse-clicks during your visit in internet. Microsoft calls it accelerators. Both new features let you access to the website information without closing the current website. I have an example for that that everyone can understand what I am talking about: you find in a website the information of a restaurant that you are interested to go and try the chef´s signature. In the past you had to copy the address in your clipboard and open a map-service such as Google Map and etc. to find out where this restaurant is located. Not you do it just with one click with Internet Explorer 8 without having to switch from your current website to other website. It works just like drinking water. You select the address of your interested restaurant and automatically accelerator opens a window with the map, the location and all other important information which you need to get there. It is one of the coolest features in Internet Explorer 8. You can save time and also money because time is the money.

Intelligent search

The search bar looks like before but it has received an intelligent feature. During you are typing your search keywords, IE8 finds the suitable keywords and key phrases for you that you get where you want to without spending time for typing too many words. It works also the same for the address bar. When you are typing the internet address, IE8 will find the right website for you without having to type it to the end.

Automatic Recovery

I was amazed at the automated recovery system for tab and websites. If your browser should crash because of a blog or any other reason, Internet Explorer 8 will restore all tabs with all open websites with the next start of browser.

New security by Internet Explorer 8

Internet Explorer 8 makes surfing more secure than ever before with tons of new security features and innovations. You will face many security features like SmartScreen Filter, Phishing Filter, surfing in a secure mode, domain highlighting, InPrivate-Browsing and a filter against Cross-Site-Scripting. I will write more about these features in my next article.

Internet Explorer helps the users to get where they want to with less mouse-click. It was a very important step for Microsoft to get the level of concurrent such as Opera and Firefox. All new features which Microsoft calls the new Innovation have been using for few years by Firefox and Opera. Microsoft has only copied the features and packed then into the new version of Internet Explorer. But we should know you cannot invent bicycle again but can improve it any time.

Microsoft has learned from the past, if they want to be on top of the market they have to adopt the new features from other browsers and make it better for their own products. After all if you compare IE7 with Internet Explorer 8, you will see such big different between the older and the new version. It is much faster and it brings more security and more useful features to make your internet surfing easier than ever.
