With Microsoft Windows it is always possible that you cannot uninstall an application completely and it can cause problems with your operation system. You sure have had that experience that you want to get rid of a software and application but you cannot find it anywhere in Windows to uninstall it. The Only way is formatting the hard drive and reinstalling Windows.
