Recently, Microsoft has officially announced that the next operating system called Windows "7" and it will be at the market in 2010. A statement by Bill Gates now provides for speculations of an early release of Windows “7”.

During a speech to the Inter-American Development Bank, Gates was asked about Windows Vista. Bill Gates has answered that sometimes in the next year we will get a new version of Windows and it seems he referred to Windows "7".

Too much information about Windows Vista’s successor is not available yet. The only known thing is that the Windows “7” will come in both 32 - and 64-bit versions on the market in different versions for private and business customers. In addition, it is conceivable that Windows "7" is built in the modular operating principle.

It is still unclear that Bill Gates referred during his speech to the final version of Windows "7", or next year will be time for the launch of a beta-phase. Too early release of Windows “7” seems to be unrealistic, because Microsoft has started a 300 million campaign for Windows Vista this year.

I think it doesn´t matter if Windows “7” will be released in 2009 or 2010. The only thing what I personally like to have with Windows “7” is more security, reliability, more hardware and software compatibility and more easy to use and elegant Windows interface.
